Hill Farm in the rural village of Massingham was a project like no other. One that consisted of transforming three interlinking barns sat in the grounds of a once working farm. 

Dating back to the 1880’s, these barns have been converted into modern, lavish properties that manage to retain their authentic, original and characterful features throughout, while ensuring all the latest mod cons are artfully installed in a seamless way. In addition to this restoration project, we also renovated the tennis court, pétanque court, indoor pool with modular cellular ceiling and colour-changing LED lights, as well as adding in a six-person sauna.

A truly magical spot, the owners of this property wanted Daco Construction to focus on sustainability while renovating and creating such a sensational property. Lovingly and thoughtfully restored, this is stylish living at its best, with cosy communal areas with comfortable sofas and wood-burning stoves in two of the units, mood lighting, stunning art work and eleven, spacious bedrooms, all with luxurious en-suite bathrooms or walk-in showers.
